Antoinette the office manager, the person who answer my call got my attention for her sincere and friendly demeanor (I did not call other companies for a quote). I can’t say enough about the service we received from Rudy! He is not from NC, was on vacation and we happen to pick up conversation and he so graciously took time out of his vacation to come repair our garage door. Amazing! Definitely recommend him 1000%.
